    If you require standard size and weight material pickup, it can be added to the service, and the duration will be adjusted accordingly. If you choose to provide your own materials, please ensure you verify the correct material specifications and quantities at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.

     

    Any material or service interruptions will be the responsibility of the party causing the delays.

    • Air quality services (1 hour ozone)
    • Drywall repair (additional time likely required)
    • Trim repair
    • Wall mounting (max tv size 50" - select tv mount for additional mounting size options)
    • Hardware
    • Door (no exterior door mounting/alterations)
    • Paint (no heights over 12')
    • Flooring (additional time likely required)
    • Carpentry (limited options)
    • Screen (no heights over 10' requiring ladder access)
    • Pressure washing (no heights over 10')
    • Landscaping (simple.  no design or heavy work - over 50lb)
    • Bulbs (no heights over 10'
    • AC filters (simple access.  filter not included)
    • Furniture repair (limited options)
    • Concrete sealing (spray or roll on.  water base only)

    General requirements for qualified services:

    • One person can safely complete the task.
    • Limited heights and NO roof work. (exceptions: soft wash, gutter cleaning & similar).
    • NO heavy equipment or specialty equipment. (examples: tow behinds, floor grinders, jackhammers, diggers, movers, trenchers, stumpers, booms, airless paint*, ladders over 15' reach, precision sensors/marking).
    • Standard specialty equipment IS INCLUDED. (Standard miter saw, sanders, nail guns*, lasers, vacuums, blowers).
    • No heavy or oversized transportation. (available with additional fees).
    • No significant dangers. (examples: tree removal, vaulted ceiling, mold/hazardous workspace)."

     

    What type of things can we complete in 2 hours?

    • Hang 2-3 interior doors. (Pre framed and notched)
    • Mount 1 - 2 televisions. (50" max)
    • Lay vinyl plank flooring in a 5x5 closet. (baseboard or quarter trim work required after)
    • Paint a closet.
    • Pressure wash a 1 car driveway at 40' or less.
    • Mount 10 normal height, normal weight pictures.
    • Build 3 - 5 window screens
    • Replace 2 - 3 pool screen panels. (No difficult access or canopy)
