From SawLutions to Revolutionizing Home Services
Cohos didn’t start in home services—we started in construction innovation.
Our journey began as SawLutions, a process solution and product development company specializing in niche tools for highway construction. We tackled unique challenges in a highly specialized industry, creating tools that were essential but faced long-term growth limitations due to their focused market.

Recognizing the need to pivot, we took what we do best—solving problems—and applied it to a broader, yet equally complex, industry: tradesmen-to-owner transactions.
The home services market, riddled with inefficiencies, miscommunication, and unclear expectations, presented an opportunity to build something transformative. We used the same engineering mindset that drove our early success to create the infrastructure for the Cohos network.
