Most jobs are pre-bid with pay and expectations clearly listed before acceptance. All job specific information is provided. This includes pictures, measurements, general location, pay, materials & supplies needed, hours expected, and similar.

Your first 3 jobs must fall into one of the following categories.

"Fully Established Business"

To qualify as a fully established business, you must handle all aspects of a project. We provide the member and the job request, you handle planning, materials, bidding, and execution.
We receive a 5% - 20% referral fee.
We will handle any aspect of the project you are unable to fulfill.

Some simple services are pre-priced and you will need to meet that price if you accept. Bid Down jobs allow you to bid projects without site visits. However, we place maximum values on a majority of services and will not present any bid outside the approval range to our members.

We offer additional benefits to help keep your employees busy, and help with overflow work orders. Employees can be registered under your business and you will receive a referral bonus off every dollar they earn. If you need help on a project and lack the man power, fill out a request service form to reinforce the troops.

We are currently in expansion mode and looking for new General Operations Directors and Intake Operations Directors in new markets within 1 hour of an existing location.
Each location then develops partnerships with local tradesmen in the area.

Jobs in Orange are only available to verified tradesmen and contractors.

These jobs have been pre bid and will provide the amount offered up front.

You are welcomed to request additional information if you need additional data.

We do, however, prepare all the information you should need to make an educated decision.

Similar to Bid Claim jobs, each job will display the current value for completion.

After a job is claimed, until 48 hours before the service, you may choose to offer completion at a lower rate.

Be sure you are able to properly complete the service at ANY price you offer.

Bid match is a service where clients bring verified bids from insured and compliant businesses in the area.

When we receive these jobs, we take a lower cut than we normally would due to the lower job fee.
These jobs will ALWAYS qualify for bid down.

If they are not claimed within 48 hours, they are then converted to emergency services.

Bid Match

Emergency services can range from a water leak, downed tree branches, cleanings, visitor preparations, and any other reason members desire last minute services.

Last minute qualifies as within 48 hours of their request. Emergency Stat is less than 24 hour requests.

The inconvenience is offset by a favorable increase in job pay.

Assemble Your Documents

As a service provider, you'll need to gather relevant documentation based on your trade, business structure, and location. The specific information required may vary, but common documents include:

Service coverage area.
Services you offer.
I-9 form. (employment eligibility verification)
W-9 form. (taxpayer identification number)
Business license.
Specialty license. (if applicable)
General liability insurance.
Workers' compensation coverage or exemption.
Employer Identification Number. (EIN)
Certificate of status or other relevant certifications/licenses.

If you don't have all the required documents at the time of application, you can still apply and submit additional information to cohos@sawgroup.services. If you are new to the industry, please request a 1099 info packet to get you off the ground.

Applicant Review

Our team will carefully review your application and may request additional information if needed. We strive to ensure all service providers meet the necessary qualifications and adhere to our standards.

Work Evaluation

If selected for the verification process, you'll be paired with one of our experts or an operations manager who will evaluate your work. Completing three successful jobs under their oversight is a requirement for officially joining the CoHoS network.

Trial Period

Once you pass the work evaluation, you'll enter a trial period where you can test our services. During this time, we handle the customer end of things, allowing you to focus on your work and revenue generation. We'll notify you of open jobs and provide you with all the necessary details. You have the flexibility to accept or decline jobs based on your availability and preferences.

Independent Status

After successfully completing the trial period, you'll gain full access to the CoHoS members area and all CoHoS features. As an independent service provider in the CoHoS network, you'll benefit from our rapidly expanding platform, which includes new features and services added on a weekly basis.

The job portal updates daily to include new opportunities relevant to your expertise. Listings will include all required information to make an educated decision if its right for you. These posts may have specific timeframes, dates and working hours specific to that member. Please stay within this allotment, and be sure you can facilitate the job you claim. If you fail to complete the project for any reason, this may be grounds for a probationary period, qualification loss, or removal from the portal.
