You will not be charged and you do not have to cancel. If you want to continue service, 1 service a month offers a completely free membership, even a 2 hour cleaning.

CLEANING VOUCHERS

We ask all clients to set a priority list in the order they would like items to be cleaned. This allows for the things most important to you to be cleaned first, if time does not allow full completion of all tasks or areas. You can create a priority list of areas or items to clean in the order that best fits your needs. The cleaner will work through your list in the order of importance to you until the allotted time is up.

Please Note: that items in each room are typically cleaned top to bottom for sanitation purposes and to prevent debris from falling on already-cleaned areas. For example, starting with dusting vents, lights, and fans before moving to counters and floors.

We book at least a week to a week and a half in advance depending on your service area.

Time starts the day of your service.

Additional Terms and Info

To properly service new members, specific days and times are available for certain areas.

If a separate day or time accommodation is required, additional fees may apply and availability is not guaranteed.

You will be made aware of additional fees, charges, or variables before your appointment.

If you omit you are redeeming a voucher, and book a day outside of approved voucher days and times, you will forfeit your voucher; be subject to a minimum of a $100 emergency booking fee; forfeit your trial membership; and forfeit any future membership possibility.

Man Hour Explained: 1 person per hour.

2 Man Hours can be - 1 person for 2h OR 2 people for 1h.

You cannot request a specific number of service providers.

Vouchers must be redeemed in one visit and may not be split, prorated, or credited for future use.

1 Voucher Per Household - NO Exceptions

No additional vouchers will be honored. Any trial membership included with a repurchased voucher will not be honored.

Reschedule & Cancellations

You must provide at least 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Any time provider is waiting past the service start time will be deducted from your total service time.

Forfeiture of your voucher if you:

- are not available. - reschedule within 48 hours.

- cancel within 48 hours. - don't confirm your service.

Cleaning Vouchers

We start at the top and work to the bottom.

Cobwebs and fixtures are cleaned first so the dust can settle, then surfaces, then floors.

To maximize your time, try prioritizing a room... then the items in it.

Equipment & Supplies

General cleaners, dusters, and small bathroom trash can liners are included.

Please note if you have specific requests, require specialty cleaners, or want all-natural products.

We Use Your Vacuum

For sanitary reasons and to prevent cross contamination, we use your vacuum.

Let us know before your appointment If you do not have a properly functioning vacuum.

Vacuum must work with full suction and be operable as intended for the cleaner to use.

A sanitizing fee is applied to accommodate the use of a vacuum.

Other cleaning services not specified in "services can include" are not included.

Voucher variables include approval and upcharges, and may include special equipment, longer service requirements or similar, if available in your area.

Handyman Vouchers

Please indicate all services you are looking to have completed during the visit.

Certain handymen are skilled in specific areas and will be selected based on your needs.

Any required materials will be in addition to the cost of service and should be available at the time of your appointment.

A detailed list of required materials can be provided or pickup and delivery can be arranged.

Advanced Handyman:

Suitable for small jobs that don't require specialized equipment or materials.

Advanced Handyman:
