All Services must be performed in the same visit.  Any required materials must be on site and available before arrival.

If you accept responsibility for material purchasing, please ensure you are purchasing the correct item.  Services are non refundable if material errors are the members responsibility.

Any materials, add on, alterations, or upgrades must be listed in your order form.  A separate invoice will be sent to accomodate the additional items.  If you prefer to pay once, please fill out a request service form to customize your service.

 

Ac Filter Change (Filter not included)

Change the air filter in your Ac unit. 

Add materials (filter). + $15

 

Caulk Bath

Caulk all relevant areas in 1 standard size bathroom. 

Does not include removal of existing caulk.

 

Caulk Kitchen

Caulk all relevant areas in 1 standard size kitchen. 

Does not include removal of existing caulk.

 

Exterior Window Cleaning

Clean the outside of up to 4 standard size windows.

Must be less than 10' from ground level to the top of the window.

 

Fence Repair (Materials not included)

Minor fence repair for loose slats, uneven panels, re-securing posts, or door installation.

Up to 1 hour of total repair included.

 

Knob Install

Install 1 standard door knob, deadbolt, or other similar door mechanism.

For electric or smart lock installation. + $50

 

Lightbulb Change

Change up to 4 lightbulbs located no higher than 10' above floor level.

 

Paint Touchup (Paint not included)

Minor paint touchup for nail holes, chair brushing, kick plates, and other similar areas.

Up to 10ft² OR 25 different touchup areas included.

 

Patch Drywall

Measure the size of the hole requiring repair.

Concrete walls are not included.

Hang 1 set of blinds or drapes to a window or door.
