  • All Services must be performed in the same visit. 

    Any required materials must be on site and available before arrival.

    If you accept responsibility for material purchasing, please ensure you are purchasing the correct items. 

    Services are non refundable if material errors are the members responsibility.

  • Any materials, add-on, alterations, or upgrades must be listed in your order form. 

    A separate invoice will be sent to accommodate the additional items.  If you prefer to pay once, please fill out a request service form to customize your service.

    Concrobium Treatment

    1 gallon concrobium treatment covering up to 5000ft².

     

    Cut & Trim (7500ft² max)

    Standard cut and trim of a yard with grass no more than 5" in height.

     

    Drywall Patch

    Measure the size of the hole requiring repair. 

    Below illustrates the general size inclusions for the deal.

    Minor paint touch-up for nail holes, chair brushing, kick plates, and other similar areas.

    Up to 15ft² OR 30 different touch-up areas included.

     

    Pickup Supplies (materials are not included)

    This option is required if material pickup is required. 

    This covers the time and energy required to visit local retailers.

    No oversize or bulky items included and custom items require additional fees.

    Oversize items (trailer required)  + $150

     

    Pressure Wash Driveway

    Pressure wash a standard 2 car driveway up to 40' in length. (600ft²)

    Does not include spot or stain treatment.

     

    Screen Repair (materials are not included)

    Repair up to 3 window screens with stable frames.

    OR

    Repair 2 window screens requiring a new frame.

    Materials required:

    Frame per window + $20

     

    Tv Mounting (materials are not included)

    Mount 1 standard television up to 55".

    Add mount:
